Fancy gold earrings with a twist! Two little clay charms add interesting layers and patterns to otherwise generic-looking metallic earrings.
The clay layers create a color shift effect that looks 3D, but is actually quite flat. These polymer clay charms were created using the borrowed art of Mokume Gane - a Japanese technique that fuses layers of metals to create woodgrain patterns. Here, layers of polymer clay were used instead.
Polymer clay charm is approximately 0.75in x 0.5in. The textured gold botanical metal charm is around 2.75in long.
Actual colors and saturation may slightly vary from photos, due to the difference in monitors and screens. Pattern of the mokume gane charms will also vary.
