Store hours?

The Beadlady online shop is open 24 hours, but customer service hours (AKA when I can check your messages) are as follows:

  • Monday-Friday: 10am-5pm
  • Saturday - Sunday: Offline
  • Holidays: Offline

Do you customize?

As much as I want to bring your ideas to life, I cannot accept custom orders at this time, due to limited time and energy. (We homeschool.)

How much is the shipping fee?
We currently have an opening promo ongoing: flat rate standard shipping is Php120 within the Philippines. Special shipping (LBC Box) is Php300.
What couriers will be used?
Depending on availability: J&T or Gogo Express for Standard Shipping, and LBC for Special Shipping (LBC Box).
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be emailed to you after the order has been sent out.
How long does shipping take?
I try my best to ship out orders within 3 business days. Please allow between 5-7 days after ship out for delivery. Packages are sent out from Sta. Rosa, Laguna.
However, please note that I am a full-time homeschooling mom, so in the event that I won't be able to ship out orders as scheduled, may I please request for your grace and understanding?  Thank you very much!
